Experience:
10+ years We are seeking an experienced IT Governance & Compliance Lead to join our onsite team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for ensuring that IT operations, systems, and processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT compliance, governance frameworks, audit management, and regulatory liaison. Responsabilites: Monitor and ensure compliance with IT regulations, standards, and internal policies. Plan and conduct IT compliance reviews, assessments, and audits. Develop, maintain, and update IT compliance policies, procedures, and controls. Liaise with internal and external auditors, regulators, and governing bodies. Prepare and present compliance reports, dashboards, and findings to senior management. Track remediation actions and ensure timely closure of audit findings. Advise IT and business teams on compliance requirements and best practices. Support the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks. Stay current with regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization. Requirment: Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, risk, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT compliance, IT governance, or IT audit. Compliance/risk credential such as CRISC, ISO 31000, ISO 27001, CISA, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., NCA, SAMA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, COBIT). Proven experience conducting compliance reviews and audits. Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work onsite in Riyadh. Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
