Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Dammam. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their technical and business requirements, present suitable solutions from Prime Source Global’s portfolio, and support the sales process from initial contact through closing. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering product demonstrations and presentations, responding to technical inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to develop proposals and quotations. The role involves coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure solutions are feasible, accurately scoped, and implemented according to client expectations. The Sales Engineer will also maintain ongoing customer relationships, provide post-sale technical support, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the company’s different service lines. Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear client value.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including managing pipelines, handling inquiries, and supporting long-term client partnerships.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting to stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience or familiarity with one or more of the company’s domains (IT solutions, construction/interior supplies, environmental consulting, travel and tourism, or eHealth) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Dammam, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Professional fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
