About the Role
 insightix is looking for a Scrum Master to join our technical team and drive the successful execution of our product's technical lifecycle using Agile/Scrum practices. Responsibilities
- Manage the technical product lifecycle and oversee task execution
- Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Retrospective)
- Document Scrum events and track sprint outcomes
- Remove impediments and shield the team from daily distractions Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master
- CSM or PSM certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with Jira/Azure DevOps
