Job Title
Group Senior Organization Development Specialist
Job Purpose
The
Group Senior Organization Development Specialist
is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting
Organization Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), employee onboarding, and employee development initiatives
aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibility
Organization Development
- Develop and implement Organization Development (OD) initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational strategy.
- Support the review and development of organizational structures, job roles,
job description
s, and job architecture.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps and recommend appropriate development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain competency frameworks and competency models for different roles and functions.
- Support the development of career paths and career development frameworks.
- Analyze organizational and employee data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support organizational transformation, change management, and culture development initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand organizational and people-development requirements. Performance & Employee Development
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System .
- Assist departments in developing and aligning KPIs and objectives with organizational goals.
- Support performance review cycles, calibration activities, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.
- Support talent development, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Identify high-potential and critical talent development requirements.
- Recommend appropriate learning and development solutions based on performance and competency gaps. Learning & Development
- Lead and coordinate the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) process across departments.
- Develop and maintain the annual Learning & Development plan based on identified business and employee development needs.
- Design and coordinate training programs, workshops, learning sessions, and development initiatives.
- Identify appropriate internal and external training providers and coordinate with trainers and consultants.
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of training programs, including scheduling, communication, attendance, and completion.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
- Develop and maintain training records, reports, and employee learning histories.
- Monitor L&D budgets and ensure training activities are delivered within approved budgets.
- Support the implementation and utilization of LMS and digital learning platforms, including online learning programs.
- Develop and monitor L&D KPIs and dashboards and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify opportunities for leadership, technical, behavioural, and professional development programs. Overall Qualification Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Organization Development, Learning & Development, HR, CIPD, SHRM, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Organization Development, Learning & Development, performance management, competency development, and employee onboarding. Work Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Organization Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field . Strong hands-on experience in:
