Tabuk, Red Sea 🏢 Company: ACWA Power 👔 Function: Operations | Technical Support Are you ready to take on a key role in driving the performance, efficiency, and reliability of power and water plants? We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Engineer to join our Operations team. 🔑 What You’ll Do As a Senior Performance Engineer, you will:
- Monitor daily operations and ensure plant performance is within defined parameters.
- Analyse and report on plant efficiency, availability, and performance KPIs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, recommend improvements, and support root cause analyses.
- Oversee inspections, preventive/corrective maintenance, and performance audits.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards , supporting a safe and efficient workplace.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, HSE, and Finance teams to optimise outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support integrated management systems. 🎓 What We’re Looking For

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Experience:
8–10 years in process/performance engineering within power generation and water desalination plants , including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems.
- Familiarity with PV, BESS, Internal Combustion Engines, SWRO, sewage treatment, district cooling, and solid waste management (a plus).
- Proficiency in SAP, CMMS, downtime analysis, and performance metrics.
