OHTL Maintenance Supervisor

The company specializes in high-voltage cable systems from 69 kV up to 380 kV, as well as the delivery, installation, and testing of 110 kV transformers and substation construction. CEPCO serves clients throughout Saudi Arabia and GCC countries and operates as a qualified turnkey general contractor for the Saudi Electricity Company in all regions. Role Description The OHTL Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ḑubā, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of overhead transmission lines. This role includes planning and supervising routine and preventive maintenance activities, coordinating crews, and ensuring work is completed safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The supervisor monitors equipment and line conditions, responds to faults and emergencies, and leads troubleshooting and repair efforts to minimize outages. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate maintenance records, preparing reports, collaborating with engineering and operations teams, and supporting continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and safety practices. Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating field activities.
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair for overhead transmission line components.
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution for electrical infrastructure.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
- Solid knowledge of overhead transmission line construction, operation, and safety standards.
- Understanding of relevant electrical codes, utility regulations, and high-voltage safety practices.
- Ability to work on-site in field conditions, including at heights and in varying weather.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in transmission or distribution line maintenance in the utility or EPC sector is highly beneficial.
