Role Description This is a full-time, on-site COD SPL/Cashiers role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves accurately receiving, recording, and reconciling cash-on-delivery (COD) payments from customers and delivery personnel. The COD SPL/Cashier will handle daily cash collection, verify transaction records against system data, and prepare cash summaries and reports for finance and operations teams. Responsibilities include maintaining secure cash handling procedures, resolving payment discrepancies, supporting drivers with COD-related queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role may also include coordinating with customer service for payment issues, preparing documentation for audits, and contributing to process improvements in COD operations. Qualifications
- Cash handling and reconciliation skills, including experience with COD transactions and basic accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to work with financial records and reporting tools.
- Customer service and communication skills to coordinate with drivers, clients, and internal teams in a professional manner.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle high volumes of transactions and meet daily cut-off times.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, ERP or finance systems) and comfort with learning new tools.
- Prior experience in logistics, courier services, retail cashiers, or finance operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and collaborate in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Basic English language skills required; Arabic language skills are an asset.
