CNSATM Associate

We are seeking a CNS/ATM Associate to join our team in Riyadh KSA. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of complex Communication Navigation Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) projects ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.

• Support CNS/ATM projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to scope schedule and budget
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers technicians and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks implementing effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards throughout project lifecycle
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members stakeholders and senior management
• Monitor project progress prepare status reports and present updates to leadership
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in CNS/ATM systems

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Aviation or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNS/ATM projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMP PRINCE2)
• Proven expertise in CNS/ATM systems and technologies
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Primavera)
• Knowledge and understanding of aviation regulations and standards (ICAO FAA EASA)
• Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in AutoCAD and GIS 
• Experience in Fast Time Simulation Modelling Tools (Airtop TAAM Cast etc)
