- Oversee daily financial operations including accounting budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Lead the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support strategic business decisions and performance monitoring.
- Ensure accurate and timely client billing revenue recognition and contract financial review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost management and improve profitability.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with tax audit and regulatory requirements in KSA.
- Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance overall team capability and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA CFA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in a Finance Manager role within the advertising media or creative services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations tax laws and reporting standards.
- Proven track record in financial planning forecasting and variance analysis.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible to work without sponsorship.
