Job Title: Schedule Engineer / Planner
Location: Dammam Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Schedule Engineer / Planner to join our client in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction and finishes with expertise in project planning scheduling and progress monitoring. The role requires proficiency in Primavera (P6 and Excel to ensure efficient project and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop update and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6 and Excel.
- Coordinate with project managers site engineers and stakeholders to ensure adherence to the project timeline.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays risks or bottlenecks.
- Prepare reports dashboards and schedule forecasts to support decisionmaking.
- Ensure alignment between project schedules resource allocation and contractual requirements.
- Track work progress onsite particularly in building construction and finishes.
- Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and avoid schedule overruns.
- Support claims and extension of time (EOT) analysis as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction and contracting industry.
- Strong expertise in Primavera (P6 and Microsoft Excel.
- Extensive experience in building construction and finishes.
- Ability to analyze interpret and optimize project schedules.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Must be willing to relocate or currently based in Dammam Saudi Arabia.
