We’re looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer (L3) to join our IT Infrastructure / Systems & Cloud Operations team.

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise systems across on-premises and cloud platforms. As the L3 technical authority, the role will own the full lifecycle of core infrastructure services, including operating systems, identity, messaging, PKI, backup, disaster recovery, systems integration, and cloud initiatives across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).


Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, harden, and maintain Windows Server environments and Linux systems where applicable.

• Manage server build standards, performance tuning, health monitoring, and system availability.

• Own OS and application patching lifecycle, vulnerability remediation, patch compliance reporting, and maintenance-window planning.

• Administer Active Directory Domain Services, including domain controllers, Group Policy, replication health, sites and services.

• Manage enterprise DNS and DHCP services.

• Maintain hardware and software asset inventory, license records, configuration documentation, and CMDB-related updates.

• Design and operate PKI / Active Directory Certificate Services, including CA hierarchy, certificate templates, issuance, renewal, revocation, and key lifecycle.

• Administer on-premises and hybrid Exchange environments, including mail flow, databases, DAG availability, transport rules, and messaging security.

• Design, deploy, and operate workloads on Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

• Support IaaS/PaaS, identity integration, cloud networking, governance, and cost-control activities.

• Own backup design, scheduling, restore validation, and recoverability across enterprise systems.

• Design, document, and test disaster recovery strategies, failover procedures, replication, and continuity plans.

• Integrate on-premises and cloud services, directory platforms, messaging systems, and third-party solutions.

• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions for provisioning, patching, reporting, and remediation tasks.

• Act as the final escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents.

• Perform root-cause analysis and prepare architecture designs, runbooks, change records, and technical documentation.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems engineering.

• Proven L3-level technical depth in enterprise infrastructure environments.

• Strong experience in Windows Server administration, hardening, performance tuning, and patch management.

• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, replication, and enterprise identity services.

• Hands-on experience with PKI / Active Directory Certificate Services.

• Solid experience in Exchange Server administration, including on-premises or hybrid environments.

• Practical cloud experience with Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

• Proven experience in backup, restore, disaster recovery design, testing, and continuity planning.

• Experience in asset management, inventory, configuration management, and CMDB practices.

• Strong scripting and automation skills, preferably using PowerShell.

• Strong systems integration and high-level troubleshooting experience in mission-critical environments.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications related to Azure Administration, Identity, or Infrastructure.

• Oracle Cloud certification is preferred.

• ITIL certification is an advantage.

• Experience in regulated, enterprise, or government environments.

• Familiarity with structured change-control and technical documentation practices.
