Role Description The Facility Management Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam. The trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs in facility management, ensuring content aligns with industry standards and FHM’s curriculum. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, leading classroom and practical sessions, and assessing learner performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations. The role involves providing coaching and feedback to trainees, supporting their professional development, and maintaining accurate training records and reports. The trainer will collaborate with other instructors and management to update course content, integrate best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess training needs, evaluate learner performance, and improve course content.
- Excellent Communication abilities for clear instruction, feedback, and collaboration with trainees and colleagues.
- Customer Service orientation to support learner success, address inquiries, and foster a positive training environment.
- Proven Training experience in facility management or related fields, including curriculum delivery and instructional design.
- Background in Management Development, coaching, or mentoring professionals in operational or technical roles.
- Relevant academic qualification in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Practical experience in facilities operations or maintenance is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Dammam and conduct both classroom and hands-on training sessions.
