Roles and responsibilities include: Check and control the Quality processing of the product at all stages (Mixing, Forming, Oven and Packaging) of production both regular and random basis. Follow and maintain the application of quality system and food safety & process control documents in production area Analysis and reporting of the online non-conformities/failures & events related to quality and ensure full tracking of FGs. Implement and ensure the compliance of QA systems, GMP and Food safety program requirements and Zero defects. Sampling processes of semi-finished and finish good products. Conduct products scoring and sensory evaluation. To cover Quality Laboratory during vacations and rotation. Covering Safety inspections and audit during the shifts and monitoring the work permit activities in the factory.
