Successfully achieve sales plan through multiple tailor made sales strategies by distributing the budget according to the seasons, in a Cost effective way, creative Sales & marketing activities, create team work spirit, coaching a dynamic sales team, Conduct quarterly rolling performance evaluations of market trends to stay current on consumer and competitor changes. Data collection on Sales, receivables, team performance on day to day, weekly, by weekly, yearly reports, Regular business review with core customers. Open new areas of development, Increase Volume and Value Year on Year. Clear debts, and solve customer problems, develop Company brands across the line, engage to develop a solid Customer, Sales team and internal department relations. Reduce cost, focus on bottom-line profitability, draft a stock and order system to keep the customers always keep all product lines to avoid out of stock. Conduct in store brand marketing for slow moving items.
