Job Summary

We areseeking a Lead Financial Specialist/Consultant to join theAffiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within GroupTreasury Management Department of This Company. The Lead FinancialSpecialist/Consultant leads and advises on Treasury matters relatedto This Companys Affiliates including WhollyOwned Joint Venturesand Public Entities.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead the review of affiliates corporate finance mattersincluding liquidity working capital dividends and capitalstructure.
  • Evaluate and recommend ways tooptimize intragroup lending demonstrating an understanding ofstructuring and tax optimization opportunities.
  • Join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Divisionwithin the Group Treasury Management Department of ThisCompany.
  • Lead and advise on Treasury mattersrelated to This Companys Affiliates including WhollyOwned JointVentures and Public Entities.
  • Possessexperience in valuation and financial modeling.
  • Knowledgeable in debt financing and other financialinstruments.
  • Understand intragroup lending andtax organization.
  • Possess applicable teamskills and crossfunctional experience.
  • Exposedto Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Demonstrateexcellent negotiation skills.
  • Communicateeffectively with all levels of the organization including mentoringnew hires and presenting to the This Company ManagementCommittee.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
  • As thesuccessful candidate you will hold an MBA or an equivalent degreewith Business Accounting Finance or a related field from arecognized and approved program.
