JobOverview:

As a WorkshopManufacturing Specialist you will play a crucial role in managingand optimizing workshop operations for shipbuilding and maritimeprojects. Your experience in manufacturing workshop management andyour deep understanding of the maritime industry will beinstrumental in ensuring efficient production and qualityoutput.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Overseeall aspects of workshop operations including the manufacturing andassembly of components for shipbuildingprojects.
  • Ensure the efficient execution ofmanufacturing processes including cutting welding machining andassembly.
  • Implement quality control measures toensure the quality and specifications of manufactured componentsmeet industry standards.
  • Manage workshopresources including equipment materials and manpower to meetproject timelines and budgets.
  • Maintainaccurate records of workshop activities including work ordersproduction schedules and qualityinspections.
  • Ensure compliance with safetyregulations and standards within the workshop and promote a cultureof safety among the workforces.
  • Monitormanufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost reductionand efficiency.
  • Evaluate and improve workshopprocesses and procedures to enhance efficiency andproductivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering or arelated field.
  • Proven experience as a WorkshopManufacturing Specialist or in workshop management within theshipbuilding or maritime industry.
  • Proficiencyin manufacturing processes quality control and resourcemanagement.
  • Knowledge of manufacturingtechniques and materials used inshipbuilding.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communicationand teamworkskills.

Requirements:

  • Graduatedfrom Top Tech Colleges
  • 23 years of workexperience
  • Should be fluent in English (minimumIELTS band score of 7 or equivalent)
  • We arespecifically seeking candidates who are Saudi Arabian nationals forthis position.
