  • Discusses and agrees sales targets and keyperformance indicators with line manager.
  • Analyzes various market segments for differentsectors and prepares business development plan.
  • Follows up existing direct clients and ensurespolicies are renewed regularly.
  • Workseffectively with other sales groups exchanging information onclients to leverage sales opportunities.
  • Maintains accurate records of all clientcontact.
  • Provides the line manager withaccurate sales and productivity reports as requested.
  • Present the company products to the clientsand closesales.

Education:

  • A Bachelor Degree or Certificate inCommerce or Business Administration or Economics

Experience:

23 years experience in business development function in a reputedgeneral insurance company or any financialinstitute
