DutiesandResponsibilities:

  • Achievingsalestargets
  • Maintainingand developing relationships with existingcustomers
  • Buildingrelationship with potential customers for developing new businessand analyzingneeds
  • Salesreporting on activities, planners, rolling forecasts, competitorsinfo, market share, install base and database
  • Developingand effectively managing a sales
  • Effectiveterritory coverage andanalysis
  • Frequentassessments in all wards of hospitals and other medical facilities(Foam, Pressure Injury Prevalence,etc)
  • Customerneeds development through frequent demo s and customer
  • Commissioning(installation of products) atcustomers
  • In-servicetraining on all products sold, bearing in mind shift changes ofhospitalstaff
  • Providingcustomers withsolutions
  • Providingfeedback on future buyingtrends
  • RepresentingClient at trade exhibitions, symposiums, events anddemonstrations
  • Liaisingwith operations department to check on the progress of existingorders
  • Keepingup to date with Client product knowledge as well as all competitorproduct
  • Recordingsales and order information and doinganalysis
  • Maintainingand communicating weekly planner and daily activities completed andoutcome and/or actions to follow up
  • Maintainingaccurate customer
  • CRMExecution
  • Forecasting
  • Effectivelymanaging accounts receivingprocesses

Requirements

Skills&Qualifications:

  • Medicaland/or Sales and Marketing tertiary qualification would beadvantageous
  • Atleast 3-5 years work experience in a similar role in the HealthCare Industry, with proven sales track
  • Minimum5 years sales experience including capital medicaldevices
  • Understandingof Private HospitalProcesses
  • CustomerService Orientated andfocused
  • Validdriver s license and reliable ownvehicle
  • Abilityto workindependently
  • Availableoutside of normal office hours, as per customerrequirements


Skills & Qualifications: Medical and/or Sales and Marketingtertiary qualification would be advantageous At least 3-5 yearswork experience in a similar role in the Health Care Industry, withproven sales track Minimum 5 years sales experience includingcapital medical devices Understanding of Private Hospital ProcessesCustomer Service Orientated and focused Valid driver s license andreliable own vehicle Ability to work independently Availableoutside of normal office hours, as per customerrequirements
