We arelooking for a highperforming Senior Brand Partnerships Manager togrow the sales performance and revenue in KSA for ITP Originals andTop Gear Middle East specifically.Overall responsibility includesbeing part of the sales team of ITP Originals in achieving monthlyand quarterly sales targets for the division. You will beresponsible for identifying and developing new revenue streams andopportunities and growing the branded content & display admarketing share for Top Gear Middle East inKSA.

Theideal candidate will be proactive driven and enthusiasticwith apassion for creative selling and onboarding newclients.

Requirements:
  • Experienceselling and closing scalable innovativebranded entertainmentproducts andprograms
  • Experienceselling display ads and content across website(s) and Socialplatform(s)
  • Experiencein the automotiveindustry
  • Minimumof 5 years of direct experience in selling branded content andDisplayAds
  • Strongclient management skills experience working with top brands andagencies and strong industry relationships inKSA
  • Havingan active and proofed advertising client portfolio in theKSA
  • Asolid understanding of online video space and a good workingknowledge on YouTubespecifically
  • Experiencein Media sales for YouTube and/or other Online VideoPlatforms/Publishers

Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers,reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content fordigital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effectivecontent strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives andresonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and editarticles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuringaccuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorialstandards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developmentsto ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, includingindustry experts and partners, to enhance content quality andcoverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across variousplatforms, including the brand's website, social media channels,and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performancemetrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering aculture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications,English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorialexperience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred.Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbalcommunication skills. Strong editorial skills including editing,proofreading, and fact checking. Creative thinker with a keen eyefor design and visual aesthetics. Excellent organisational andproject management skills. Proficient in using editorial softwareand tools. Strong knowledge of digital publishing platforms,content management systems, and SEO best practices. Paywallexperience.
