JobOverview: The NDT (NonDestructive Testing) Technician isresponsible for conducting various nondestructive examinations toensure the integrity and reliability of components and structures.This role requires a detailoriented individual with a strongtechnical background capable of using advanced NDT methods andadhering to the highest standards of safety andquality.
KeyResponsibilities:
ConductNonDestructiveTests:
- PerformNDT methods including but not limited to Ultrasonic Testing (UT)Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) Penetrant Testing (PT) RadiographicTesting (RT) and Visual Inspection(VT).
- Interpret and evaluate resultsaccording to applicable codes standards andspecifications.

DocumentationandReporting:
- Preparedetailed inspection reports documenting the techniques usedfindings andrecommendations.
- Maintain clear andaccurate records of inspections and tests for quality assurance andtraceability.

EquipmentMaintenance:
- Ensureproper maintenance and calibration of NDTequipment.
- Identify and rectifyissues or malfunctions in testingequipment.

- Adherestrictly to company policies safety guidelines and legalregulations.
- Stay updated with thelatest advancements and best practices in NDT technologies andmethods.

CollaborationandCommunication:
- Workclosely with other team members including engineers productionpersonnel and other technicians to ensure timely execution of NDTservices.
- Effectively communicatefindings concerns and recommendations to relevantstakeholders.

Requirements
EssentialQualifications:
- HighSchool Diploma or equivalent; further education or certification inNDT technology is highlypreferred.
- Certificationin NDT methods relevant to the job (ASNT PCN or equivalent) basedon the employer srequirements.
- Provenexperience as an NDT Technician in a relevantindustry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
