Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing KnowledgeManagement Consultant to play a pivotal role in GlobalManufacturing Excellence (GME) organizations to lead GMEs GlobalKnowledge Management initiatives.

Your primaryrole will be to oversee the establishment of a Knowledge Hub anddrive continuous improvement through expertise sharing across 75Communities of Practice (CoPs) management and administration inline with globally recognized bestinclass International OilCompanies (IOCs) knowledge management best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage endtoend knowledge capture processesfrom highperforming assets worldwide.
  • Developtaxonomies and platforms to codify both explicit and tacitexpertise.
  • Reestablish administer and manageCoPs (Communities of Practice) and expert forums to disseminatebest practices rapidly.
  • Benchmarkmanufacturing processes against industryleadingstandards.
  • Identify training needs andknowledge gaps to strengthen capabilities.
  • Ensure integrated knowledge systems and digital tools areoptimized.
  • Report on metrics that demonstrateimpact on operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Degree in EngineeringKnowledge Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience leading knowledgeinitiatives within manufacturing.
  • Expertise inknowledge engineering expertise mapping and learning systems isessential.
  • Proven ability to institutionalizea continuous improvement culture.
  • Track recordof developing and applying taxonomies at scale.
  • Experience designing and implementing integratedknowledge platforms.
  • Strong leadershipcollaboration and change management competencies.
  • Fluency in multiple languages desired given globalresponsibilities is preferred.
