DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Develop and implement administrative processes and proceduresconsistentwith
overallInstitute administrativepolicy.
2.Accomplish results by defining and communicating administrativestaff duties;job
expectations;planning monitoring and appraising job results; coachingand
counselingclassified staff and providing continuous feedback monitorperformance
andprovide continuousfeedback.
3.Successfully manage personnel operations; including oversight ofpersonnel
actionssuch as academic/research faculty hiring faculty promotion andtenure
staff hiring/evaluations/development/training (coordination of allstaff performance/expectations) workflow management leave reportingand
recordsmaintenance.
4.Support the Dean in strategic planning and development efforts andpreparation
ofreports.
5.Supervise administrative staff and coordinate direct support tounitmanagement.
6.Coordinate and supervise arrangements for conferences seminarsmeetingsand
otherspecial events within thecollege.
7.Work closely with the Financial Manager in coordinatingfunding/budgetary issues as it relates to new hires andpayments.
10.Manage college facilities including safety & securitysupport services maintenance and spacemanagement.
11.Serve on committees as directed by theDean.
12.Coordinate Institutewide activities such as Ethics Training andConflict of Interestreporting.
13.Perform other related duties as assigned. GeneralResponsibilities.

Requirements
Education:
Holder of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a relatedfield from a reputableUniversity.
Certified training in the specialization is an addedvalue.
Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar workingenvironment preferably in highereducation.
