MainResponsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Meet and greet clients in the showroom understand theirneeds make presentations and advise them on products and solutionssuiting their needs with the support of the technical team.
  • Conduct clients site visits and sitemeasures.
  • Prepare the quotations accordingto the clients needs and specifications send them to the clientsand negotiate and followup with them till closing the deal.
  • Conduct and handle payments from clientsfollow up with the technical department for orders and with theSupply Chain department to ensure delivery to the clients in linewith the specifications and timeline established.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build close and goodrelations with potential and existing clients and do a properfollow up.
  • Resolve efficiently potentialproblems with clients and coordinate internally for the appropriatesolutions.
  • Provide the appropriateinformation to update client database.
  • Follow strictly the terms and conditions of sales in line with thecompanys policy frame and procedures.
  • Ensureall documentation related to the clients is recorded and filedcorrectly; Prepare regular reports to be discussed with themanagement and participate in internal sales and managementmeetings.

Key competences/skillsand experiences required for the job:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree.
  • Proven sales and client advice experience in highend homeappliances products 3 years.
  • Strong clientand solution/service orientation while remaining company andbusiness focused.
  • Ability to connect anddeal with highend clients from different horizons to listen to themand understand their needs.
  • Excellent salesskills with the ability to advise convince and close the deal.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication andpresentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated dynamicand entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and autonomy.
  • Team player with the ability to interact andwork efficiently with internal actors.
  • Highlevel of responsibility with a sense of loyalty and businessethics.

Arabic language skillsare a great plus excellent English communication skills.
