Weare carefully building our team of all-star do-ers and we are onthe hunt for a Director of Omnichannel Marketing to lead ourcontinued growth.


We arelooking for an experienced Director of Omnichannel Marketing tojump in and take ownership of our complex marketing programs,product launches and insane spectacles that we havecoming.

This role will play a criticalrole in leading product launches and bringing complex projects tolife. The right person for this role will be highly motivated andan entrepreneurial individual with a passion for project managementalong with a proven background of inspiring and leading ourin-house team of creatives andmarketers.

This is a highly visible role that will require bothexcellent organizational and communication skills in order tosuccessfully navigate the organization and key stakeholders whilemanaging many projects across retail and direct-to-consumerchannels. The ability to prioritize projects, manage uncertaintyand quickly adapt processes to optimize for growth & speed isessential as plans and requirements will continually change. Expectthe unexpected

Your Role &Requirements:

Assist with the build-out and then own theproject management infrastructure for the marketing department todrive repeatable initiatives and productlaunchese comfortable with change - theability to pivot in order to keep our org at the bleeding edge ofrelevance. We dust it off and figure itoutGain confidence and inspire our team tocontinue creating exceptional quality work across print, digital,merch and more and to assist with prioritization, with visibilityacross all product and marketing effortsWorkclosely with our all departments to ensure we hit target launchdates and we come out the other side stronger,together

What You'llNeed:

7+ years of experience working with high-growthCPG brandsExpertise in retail marketing - fromworking closely with our retail partners and launching memorablein-store experiencesEntrepreneurial mindsetwith a self-start mentalityA leader and a teamplayer: the ability to work and make decisions autonomously withappropriate levels of collaboration and engagement with theteam.Problem-solver and question-asker seekinginnovative and creative solutionsComfortablewith a workday and schedule that isn t always highly structured orpredictable this is not a punch in, punch outroleStrong sense of urgency and timemanagementIncredibly organized anddetail-oriented with the ability to maintain structure acrossinternal and external teamsLocation: San DiegoOR Chicago - this is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in theoffice.
