We are carefully building our team of all-star do-ers and we are on the hunt for a Director of Omnichannel Marketing to lead our continued growth.


We are looking for an experienced Director of Omnichannel Marketing to jump in and take ownership of our complex marketing programs, product launches and insane spectacles that we have coming.

This role will play a critical role in leading product launches and bringing complex projects to life. The right person for this role will be highly motivated and an entrepreneurial individual with a passion for project management along with a proven background of inspiring and leading our in-house team of creatives and marketers.

This is a highly visible role that will require both excellent organizational and communication skills in order to successfully navigate the organization and key stakeholders while managing many projects across retail and direct-to-consumer channels. The ability to prioritize projects, manage uncertainty and quickly adapt processes to optimize for growth & speed is essential as plans and requirements will continually change. Your Role & Requirements:

Assist with the build-out and then own the project management infrastructure for the marketing department to drive repeatable initiatives and product launchese comfortable with change - the ability to pivot in order to keep our org at the bleeding edge of relevance. We dust it off and figure it outGain confidence and inspire our team to continue creating exceptional quality work across print, digital, merch and more and to assist with prioritization, with visibility across all product and marketing effortsWork closely with our all departments to ensure we hit target launch dates and we come out the other side stronger, together

What You'll Need:

7+ years of experience working with high-growth CPG brandsExpertise in retail marketing - from working closely with our retail partners and launching memorable in-store experiencesEntrepreneurial mindset with a self-start mentalityA leader and a team player: the ability to work and make decisions autonomously with appropriate levels of collaboration and engagement with the team.Problem-solver and question-asker seeking innovative and creative solutionsComfortable with a workday and schedule that isn t always highly structured or predictable this is not a punch in, punch out roleStrong sense of urgency and time managementIncredibly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain structure across internal and external teamsLocation: San Diego OR Chicago - this is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office.
