RequirementsJobDescription:
  • Asa Mechanical / Piping Engineer you will be instrumental indesigning and developing mechanical systems and piping layouts forindustrial projects within the oil and gas industry. You willoversee the installation and testing of these systems ensuringadherence to project specifications and industrystandards.
Roles&Responsibilities:
  • Designand develop piping layout and mechanical systems for industrialprojects.
  • Supervisethe installation testing and commissioning of mechanical and pipingsystems.
  • Ensureall project documentation is maintained accurately and keptuptodate.
  • Collaboratewith project management teams and other engineering departments toensure project objectives aremet.
  • Stayinformed of the latest industry trends and technologicaladvancements in mechanical and pipingengineering.

Responsibilities: Project Management and Supervision: Oversee anddirect construction projects from conception to completion. Reviewthe project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory. QualityControl and Safety Compliance: Ensure quality constructionstandards and the use of proper construction techniques. Monitorcompliance with building and safety regulations. Review the workprogress on daily basis. Communication and Reporting: Reportproject progress and budget matters to clients. Communicate withclients to interpret their needs and requirements. Maintain a dailydiary of the job site s operations, reporting to management asnecessary. Problem Solving: Resolve any problems that may arise dueto emergencies, delays, or other issues. Documentation: Prepareinternal and external reports pertaining to job status. Plan aheadto prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
