PersonnelAffairs Specialist is responsible for managing variousadministrative tasks related to personnel affairs employee recordsand HR processes. This role involves coordinating HR documentationsupporting employee relations and contributing to the smoothoperation of the HRdepartment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinateand maintain personnel records ensuring accuracy confidentialityand compliance withregulations.
  • Prepareand process HR documents including employment contracts letters andforms.
  • Updateand manage employee information in HR databases andsystems.
  • Processchanges in employee status benefits and other relevantdata.
  • Maintainorganized and uptodate employee records including contractsperformance evaluations and trainingrecords.
  • Assistin archiving and purging records in accordance with retentionpolicies.
  • Assistin responding to employee inquiries providing information on HRpolicies andprocedures.
  • Contributeto addressing employee concerns and inquiries professionally andpromptly.
  • Assistin coordinating various HR processes such as onboarding offboardingandtransfers.
  • Supportthe administration of benefits leave requests andtimekeeping.
  • GenerateHRrelated reports and analytics to assist in tracking employee dataandtrends.
  • Contributeto data analysis for HR metrics andreporting.
  • Assistin communicating and implementing HR policies ensuring adherence tolabor laws andregulations.
  • Supportthe enforcement of company policies andguidelines.
  • Assistin disseminating HRrelated information and updates to employees andmanagers.
  • Contributeto internal HR communications andannouncements.
  • ManageHR documentation and employee records accurately andconfidentially.
  • Assistin addressing employee inquiries and supporting HRprocesses.
  • Contributeto the implementation of HR policies andprocedures.
  • Supportinternal communication and reporting within the HRdepartment.


RequirementsCandidateExperience:

  • Bachelorsdegree in human resources business administration or relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience in HR administration or personnel affairsroles.
  • Strongattention to detail and organizationalskills.
  • Effectivecommunication and interpersonalabilities.

Candidate Experience To excel in this position, you will need to:Certification Requirements Bachelor s degree in businessadministration or equivalent. Technical Skills 2+ years ofexperience in supply chain / logistics / order fulfillment.Experience in IT industry, software and service delivery is plus.Previous experience in CRM/ERP systems, ex. Zoho CRM, Zoho Books.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Personal SkillsHigh sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner inwhat you do. Exceptional communication and presentation skillsBeing able to work on their own or in a team Being able to work totight deadlines Ability to maintain composure during stressfulsituation Handling many tasks & responsibilities Fluent inArabic and English. Working Conditions Working on Weekends,Holidays or outside the business hours could berequired.
