QualitySearch & Partners is looking for a SecurityOperations Center manager for our client a leader in thetechnological solutions sector with a focus on the Saudi marketknown for its diverse portfolio in electrical electromechanicaltelecommunications instrumentation and oilfieldcomponents.


As a SOC Manager youll be at the helm oforchestrating a defense against cyber threats. Your leadership willnot only guide the SOC operations but also shape the strategies inthreat management incident response and notification processeselevating our security posture and ensuring the safeguarding of ourdigital and physical assets.


  • Oversee the dailyoperations of the SOC ensuring continuous monitoring and analysisof potential threats.
  • Develop andenforce security policies procedures and best practices to maintaina robust security posture and ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements.
  • Develop andimplement comprehensive threat management strategies to identifyassess and mitigate risks.
  • Leadincident response efforts coordinating with internal and externalstakeholders to manage and resolve security incidentspromptly.
  • Evaluate implement andmanage security technologies and tools to enhance the capabilitiesof the SOC and ensure the organizations security posture.
  • Develop and mentor SOC team membersfostering a culture of excellence and continuouslearning.
  • Collaborate with otherdepartments to integrate security considerations into the broaderorganizational framework.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science CyberSecurity Information Security or a related field. A Masters degreeis a plus.
  • More than 7 years ofexperience in cybersecurity with a strong background in securityoperations and incident management.
  • Proven track record of managing a Security OperationsCenter and leading a team in a dynamic and challengingenvironment.
  • Exceptionalleadership and communication skills with the ability to articulatecomplex security concepts to a broad audience.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skillswith a proactive approach to threat detection and incidentresolution.
  • Relevantcertifications in cybersecurity (e.g. CISSP CISM GIAC) are highlydesirable.
  • Required Saudi Arabiannationality or residence.
