As the PMO Manager in the CEO's office at TAM, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our internal initiatives and directly collaborating with the CEO. You will be at the forefront of guiding and executing strategic projects that contribute to our organization's mission and growth. Please note that this is an internal role, and does not involve delivering engagements for external TAM’s clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Initiative Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of TAM's internal initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  2. CEO Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO to understand their vision, priorities, and expectations. Provide regular updates on project progress and highlight potential challenges or opportunities.
  3. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans, helping to translate high-level goals into actionable plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  4. Team Management: Managing the team in the CEO office and ensuring highest possible productivity.
  5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to gather information, resources, and expertise required for successful initiative implementation. Foster effective communication and synergy across teams.
  6. Performance Tracking: Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for initiatives. Monitor and report progress, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments.
  7. Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks and issues in project execution. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure smooth progress.
  8. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, feedback, and support for initiatives.
  9. Documentation & Governance: Ensure comprehensive documentation of project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials. Create presentations to communicate project updates and outcomes effectively.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance PMO processes, tools, and methodologies. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in a PMO or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  3. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to convey complex information clearly and succinctly.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and levels of the organization.
  6. Strategic mindset with the ability to align initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  8. Problem-solving orientation with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  9. Ability to travel for business trips & valid driver’s license.
  10. High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  11. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
