Job Summary

The Manager / Supervisor is responsible leading the sales team. and will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of company sales goals. The Sales Manager will also be involved in identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the development of new sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage, lead, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure the company's strong market presence.
  3. Set individual and team sales targets, track performance, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  6. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to provide strategic input for product development and sales strategy.
  7. Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
  8. Prepare regular sales reports and present sales forecasts to senior management.
  9. Follow procedures as outlined in the code of conduct to comply with the department's procedures and standards and comply with all regulatory requirements to mitigate compliance risks and support the performance of audits.
  10. Ensure compliance requirements is fulfillment and provided by the clients, specify, and provide guidelines to Sales/Clients for any discrepancy.
  11. Ensure statistical information is produced, collated, and analyzed regularly to assist in evaluating the outcomes efficiently.
  12. Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into clients.

Job Duties

  1. Prioritize tasks as per business needs and management instructions.
  2. Implement activity to address any areas for improvement.
  3. Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve Wataniya's procedures, technology, and service so that Wataniya can provide continuous high level of services.
  4. Always keep record of the supplies and Marketing materials to ensure availability.
  5. Identify system and process gaps and recommend solutions to Supervisor.
  6. Participate in developing effective checklist, guidelines for Sales processes with regular updates assigned by CCO
  7. Investigate root causes and implement applicable process to achieve quick resolution and prevent future re-occurrence and report it the Supervisor.
  8. Ensure daily and weekly update for the month forecasting & send it on weekly bases
  9. Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors' practices and pass on the intelligence to the sales management.
  10. Ensure Premium collection in accordance to BA credit control policy.
  11. Comply and achieve the annual target.

Job Qualifications

A. Educational Background and Certifications:

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. IFCE Certificate.

B. Experience:

Relevant years of experience in the field of Sales, Insurance, or Banking, ranged between 5 year to 10 years.

C. Skills and Abilities

1. Bilingual (Arabic and English).

2. Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).

3. Attention to details.

4. Business acumen.

5. Strong work ethic.

6. Customer service mindset.

7. Time management.

8. Ability to work under pressure.

9. Strong leadership and team management skill

10. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
