Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Sales  Manager/Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The  successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth,  expanding our client base, and fostering strategic partnerships within  the Middle East region. The role requires a strong understanding of the  IT services industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track  record in achieving sales targets. 

Roles & Responsibility: 

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business  growth and meet or exceed sales targets. 

2. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through  proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers  and influencers in target organizations. 

4. Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to  showcase our software development, UI/UX consulting & digital  marketing services. 

5. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to  meet their specific needs. 

6. Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring profitability  and customer satisfaction.

7. Collaborate with the project delivery team to ensure smooth  handover and successful execution of projects. 

8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and  competitor activities to identify market opportunities. 

9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade  shows to promote our services and generate leads. 

10. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market  analysis for management review. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a  related field. 

• Must have a driving license. 

• Proven track record in IT sales/business development, preferably  in IT & ITes company/IT agency. 

• Strong knowledge of the IT services industry and current market  trends. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability  to build rapport and negotiate effectively. 

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.

 • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to  identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team  environment. 

• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend  industry events. 

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Location: Remote (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)

Annual Remuneration: fixed salary + 10% commission on sales

Minimum Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in sales &  marketing
