Establish overall commercial platform for the cluster, maintain adequate operation rhythm for the function in close collaboration with other stakeholders such as sales, installation, service, legal and finance.

Manage commercial aspects of the operations including contractual, scheduling, billing, labor, analysis of costsDevelop and execute comprehensive commercial plans and programs to support sales and profitability related objectives of the companyEstablish strategic commercial plans for the company services and products setting them to achieve desired goalsWork closely with the installation team to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budgetMaintain a strong knowledge of the financial guidelines and ensure that the company sales practices are in compliance with themGuide the preparation of the commercial activities reports and present them to management
