 Job Summary:


As a People Experience and Culture Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources team in creating a positive and inclusive work environment. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, with a focus on people experience and organizational culture. You will contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, and promoting a positive company culture.


Key Responsibilities:


Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance overall employee satisfaction.


Culture Development:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that promote and reinforce the company's values and culture.
  • Participate in creating and maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere through communication campaigns and internal branding efforts.


 Onboarding and Offboarding:

  •    Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
  •   Support offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

 

Employee Communication:

  •   Assist in crafting and disseminating internal communications related to HR policies, culture, and important updates.
  •   Collaborate with the HR team to maintain an open line of communication between employees and HR.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  •    Compile and analyze HR-related data to generate reports and insights that inform decision-making processes.
  •    Assist in maintaining HR databases and ensuring data accuracy.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Recent graduate (within the past year) with a strong academic record.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for fostering positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
