Job Description

s, Goals, SOP of Sales Department Adhere to established personnel policies and procedures of the hotels Participate in development and execution of hotel marketing plan to identify sources of group business to the hotel and establish solicitation programs to maximize sales Participate in development of sales action plan to formulate measureable strategy and actions to achieve sales performance Monitor forecast & production of own group and FIT segments and identify valley periods of sales emphasis to drive revenue Maintain close and open communication with other departments Maintain timely communication with Accor Sales Offices, internal & external stake holders & ensure response in a timely & professional manner Coordinate communication between Sales and Other Departments to assure awareness of bookings and sales programs Maintain timely and responsive communication with accounts and prospects Joint service key accounts with Assistant Director of Sales / Senior Director of Sales and ensure continuity in our communications with accounts & to maximize account productivity Ensure that all safety , health, security and loss control policies and procedures and government legislation are adhered to Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times To carry out other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Hotel
