Business Development Manager - Construction - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence.. You will leverage your extensive industry knowledge and network to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. 

Key Accountabilities 
  • Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within the construction and real estate sector.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to secure new construction and real estate projects.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive advantages, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and finance, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote its services and expand its network.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing and managing construction and real estate projects.
  • Strong industry network and relationships with key players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
