Our client, a creative agency is looking for a business development manager to be based in Riyadh, KSA.

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in achieving the company's sales targets and expanding our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to stay informed about market developments.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract new clients.
- Utilize various channels such as networking events, social media, and cold calling to generate leads.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize effectiveness.
- **Proposal Development and Presentation**:

- Create compelling business proposals and presentations to showcase our products/services.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations to clients, demonstrating the value of our offerings.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**:

- Lead negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close deals and finalize contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Regularly track and analyze sales performance against targets.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in KSA
- Strong understanding of the industry and market trends within creative/design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
