PURPOSE

Responsible for preparing patients for hair removal, operating the laser device, and providing patients with post-treatment skincare.

JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Answers phone calls regarding bookings or queries related to laser hair removal.
  2. Arranges appointments regarding laser hair removal in collaboration with central booking.
  3. Explains to the patient the laser hair removal procedure.
  4. Performs laser hair removal.
  5. Describes to the patient the skin aftercare needed after the laser hair removal.
  6. Calls laser hair removal patients to confirm their date and time of hair removal procedure.
  7. Cleans the laser hair removal equipment before and after each hair removal procedure
  8. Follows with Biomedical Engineers on maintenance work of hair removal equipment
  9. Follows all safety precautions - DSFH Policies related to laser use.
  10. Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as 'the patient is the center of our care'.

Other Job Functions:

  1. Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
  2. Adherence to all policies, plans, and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
  3. Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
  4. Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management, and document management systems.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Customer skills and personal service oriented. Strong understanding of aesthetic and skin care.

  • Education: Laser hair removal certificate
  • Experience: 1 year
  • Language: Arabic/ English
