Experience in techniques of expediting of materials and equipment. Working and process familiarity with Engineering, Planning and Scheduling, Construction, and Procurement practices and understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.

Has a remarkable supervisory / management and communication skill, discipline and able to control the subordinates

Has considerable knowledge and experience in all inherent fabrication monitoring aspects and generic contract administration matters, VENDOR’S pre-qualifications and performance, capability in identifying potential delivery problems and other contractual problems with recommend remedial actions.

Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.

Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations.

Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others

Work efficiently under pressure, always meets deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff team

Able to effectively utilize a personal computer in day to day work, and utilize software programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, online system and similar programs.
