The Senior Manager of Contracts Management for Project Execution is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the contract management process within the organization's project execution function. They lead a team of contract professionals, ensuring effective contract administration, risk mitigation, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to negotiate contracts, drive efficiency, and ensure successful project execution

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPCM, CCM) are a plus.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in contract management, with a focus on project execution, preferably in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations, and project management principles
1- Oversee the end-to-end contract management process for projects, including contract drafting, negotiation, execution, and administration.
2- Lead a team of contract professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
3- Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to develop contract strategies, terms, and conditions that align with project requirements and mitigate risk.
4- Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and contractual obligations.
5- Review and analyze contractual documents, identifying potential risks, ambiguities, or non-compliance issues, and propose appropriate solutions or amendments.
6- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.
7- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and project management, to ensure effective contract administration and coordination.
8- Manage and resolve contract disputes or claims in a timely and effective manner, seeking legal advice when necessary.
9- Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of contract obligations by all parties involved.
10- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters, including change order management, contract interpretation, and risk mitigation.
