Billo Sher International Co. شركة بيلو شير الدولية is a thriving restaurant corporation in Jeddah known for its delicious and authentic Charcoal Burgers and Pizza. We are currently seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team and contribute to the culinary excellence we pride ourselves on.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to menu specifications, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of pizza ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
  • Follow established recipes and procedures to maintain the taste and presentation standards of our pizzas.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods.
  • Assist in creating new pizza recipes and menu items to keep our offerings exciting and innovative.
  • Handle customer inquiries and special requests related to pizzas, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role, with a strong understanding of pizza preparation techniques.
  • Knowledge of various pizza doughs, sauces, and toppings.
  • Ability to operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering highquality culinary experiences.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Food Handler's Certificate is a plus.
