Job Summary:

  • Based on industry mapping, identify, prioritize and pursue business opportunities with new suspects and prospects to secure future business.
  • Develop and drive execution of a market business development plan aligned to Tetra Pak and customer's business objectives.

What you will do:

  • Lead business development activities in assigned territory and map relevant food industry manufacturers and investors to identify prospect pipeline. Ensure coordination and support of marketing team on new categories and channels. Prioritize according to attractiveness & business potential for Tetra Pak and customer
  • Preliminary responsible for engaging prospects in the market. Develop understanding of the customer's needs and overall business (marketplace, channel, retailer, consumer, competitive environment, strategy, productivity, profitability across the value chain)


Value Selling
  • Drive execution of sales targets for packaging solutions. Ensure opportunity pipeline is established for the market and execution reflected in CRM.
  • Be an active member of sale team network to share successes, leanings, concepts and updates plans.
  • Attend to specific trade shows and exhibitions to develop networks and awareness about new products, new segments and prospects acquisition.
  • Be an informed business partner and first point consultant for endtoend solution sales.
  • Lead the development and presentation of solutions to prospects along with knowledge about value chain analyses.
  • Manage the new customer in the "Start up" phase
  • Ability to assess and qualify opportunities based on the Market strategy and Business development direction
  • Basic business cases construction and analysis

  • Excellant listing skills, experienced in sales, account management, customer handling and interaction
  • Ready and exited for frequent travel to meet prospects and customers
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in B2B environment, selling complex solutions and projects
  • Graduate in the field of Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering related fields
  • Possess strong leadership and proven track in sales and customer interaction
  • Previous experience in using CRM is preferred
