We are currently looking for a Business Development Senior Associate, who is going to be responsible for receiving and managing client requests for designing concepts or proposals development.


Key responsibilities and objectives:

  • Understand client needs, painpoints and assess gaps in order to identify areas where TAM can help
  • Participate in initiating and carrying out the process of conceptualization and idea generation
  • Supporting in holding brainstorming sessions to come up with creative ideas that are used in designing the concept
  • Analyze & evaluate RFPs to recommend acceptance/decline, and define questions
  • Conduct desk research to create lists, benchmark certain concepts and initiatives and provide supportive evidence
  • Develop clear content, ideas, objectives and processes for proposal
  • Participate in handover meetings with different execution teams to assure full and accurate transfer of designed concept
  • Collaborate with other team members and business developers to achieve quality results
  • Create, edit and review proposals and PowerPoint presentations

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Marketing, or any related field is a must
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English both spoken and written
  • Experience in problem analysis and problem solving
  • Experience in conduct ongoing market research
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full proficiency in using MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated history of working with clients is a plus (even in university projects)
