We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with strong Real Estate Development experience to be based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

JOB OVERVIEW

To provide and be responsible for a comprehensive, high quality, efficient and effective Finance service, including but not limited to budgeting, bookkeeping, orders/ invoices, credit control, financial forecasting, and reporting to Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the accounting, purchasing, technology, risk management and asset management functions and take the lead on high-level strategic business initiatives.

• Assure appropriate financial systems, processes, controls and personnel are in place to successfully support the business, maximize opportunities and manage risk.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes including developing financial targets.

• Manage planning and forecasting processes, define deliverables, timing, processes.

• Develop and implement financial forecasting models to predict operating results.

• Reviewing month end reporting for the Development and Construction divisions, reporting by project for actual spend with forecast to complete against budget;

• Review of month end balance sheet reconciliations for WIP

• Interaction with project managers, estimators and planners to understand the projects plans and provide necessary inputs for projects reports preparation.

Job Skills
• At least 10 years experience overall as Finance Manager

• At least 5 years experience as Finance Manager in a company dealing in real estate development sector

• Experience in multi-cultural, corporate, ERP environment

• Certified Public Accountant essential

• Certified Management Accountant preferred

• Experience in Companies operating in Real Estate and Construction sector

• Open to Saudi nationals (and very strong Arabic nationals who have UAE market experience)

KEY SKILLS

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles.

• Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations.

• Knowledge and experience of related computer applications

• Highly detail oriented and organized in work.

• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.

• Ability to meet assigned deadlines.

• Have a detailed understanding of inventory control / management systems and ERP.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to deal tactfully with sensitive and confidential information.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Salary to be used as a guideline only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance

• As a guideline between 25k – 35k SAR per month / $80k-112k USD per annum base salary
