Business Development Specialist - Tech Industry (MENA Region)

Position Overview:

As the Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy in the KSA and Dubai markets. Leveraging your expertise in the tech industry and your deep understanding of the business landscape in these regions, you will identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and positioning Devsinc as a leader in the tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the MENA Region (KSA, Dubai and other relevant markets), aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Identify and prioritize target clients and industries, and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the tech industry, including government agencies, corporations, and startups.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Represent [Your Company Name] at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and establish thought leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development roles within the tech industry, with specific experience in the KSA and Dubai markets.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships with key players in the tech ecosystem, including potential clients, partners, and industry associations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is necessary.
