• Verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid van de klantengegevens en -hiërarchieën.
• Verantwoordelijk voor de plannen van klanten, hun goedkeuring en de opvolging met het management van de eenheid.
• Verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen en coördineren van relaties op diverse niveaus tussen de organisatie van de klant, KONE en andere belanghebbenden.
• Verantwoordelijk voor het evalueren van commerciële of operationele risico's of klachten van klanten die van betrekking zijn op de account en het voorleggen hiervan aan het managementteam.
Verkopen
• Verantwoordelijk voor het aanmaken en beheren van verkoopmogelijkheden onder zijn/haar klantenkring in samenwerking met de accountteams.
• Verantwoordelijk voor het delen van kennis over en contacten bij de klant om andere accountteams te steunen bij het binnenhalen van orders.
• Creëert waardevolle voorstellen waarin de voordelen van KONE-oplossingen voor de klanten duidelijk zijn omschreven.
• Verantwoordelijk voor nationale of raamovereenkomsten en het beheer van het portfolio met contracten met de klant.
• Verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van de winstgevendheid van de projecten bij de klant met KONE in overeenstemming met het accountplan.
Leiderschap / People Management
• Bepaalt welke organisatie binnen KONE verantwoordelijk is voor de account in samenwerking met de verkoopmanager voor de regio.
• Verantwoordelijk voor het stimuleren van de betrokkenheid bij de gedeelde doelstellingen onder verkoopmanagers, verkopers, leidinggevenden en andere leden van het KONE-team.
• Houdt de lokale verkopers en projectmanagers op de hoogte van de overeengekomen werkmethoden, coördineert, bewaakt en rapporteert de dagelijkse activiteiten.
