Job Description:


The Senior Content Manager for Social Media will be responsible for producing high-quality content for various social media platforms, as well as developing and executing creative concepts and campaigns for clients.

This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, account managers, and other copywriters, to ensure that content is on-brand, on-strategy, and meets client objectives.


Technical & Product

  • Produce highquality content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Translate content between English and Arabic, ensuring that the meaning and tone of the original content is preserved and effectively conveyed.
  • Stay up to date on emerging social media platforms and best practices and ensure that content is optimized for each platform.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns, ensuring that content is onbrand and onstrategy.
  • Use technical skills and knowledge of social media platforms to develop engaging and innovative content, such as animations, GIFs, and videos.
  • Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through training, research, and experimentation
  • Review content created by other team members to ensure that it meets client objectives, is onbrand, and is of high quality.
  • Assist team members in brainstorming sessions for content creation, bringing a deep understanding of language and the written word to convey messages.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

  • Ability to manage and lead teams, while guiding them in making the right decisions
  • Understand client objectives and business goals and ensure that content is developed with these goals in mind.
  • Collaborate with account managers and crossfunctional teams to develop project timelines and budgets and ensure that content is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and follow processes and workflows that ensure efficient content production and distribution, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
  • Use data and analytics to inform content decisions and optimizations, and continuously track and report on content performance.
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve operational efficiency and drive cost savings without sacrificing quality.

  • Use analysis and logical reasoning to develop content strategies that align with client objectives and business goals
