MEducation is an edTech system for educational institutes, staff, students, and parents to solve their management, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and above all learning problems.

MEducation is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in an assigned district.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, collaborating, helping, and monitoring sales representatives to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.

The Sales Manager will work closely with the Marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train sales representatives to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Help sales representatives to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Provide regular reports to upper management on sales performance, revenue growth, and client retention.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned district.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Compensation:


Comission based about 5 to 10% of the income to MEducation by the added institute by sales representative under you for about a year or 12 months.

The sales representative add an institute to MEducation one time and you will be getting paid for 12 months, after that you can renew your contract and you will be highly considered for a fixed salary in the region you will be working.


The salary can range from Rs-20,000/- to Rs-150,000/- per month based on the institute strength that sales representative added in the district.
