Job DescriptionTeam FocusServiceNow plays a crucial role in digital workflows for public sector entities, including national, provincial, and local government agencies. We provide specialized cloud solutions that adhere to the strict data and security requirements of government clients.In this position, you will lead the development of a specialized cloud model for a new market segment in the Middle East, catering to public sector organizations. Your responsibilities include owning the profit and loss statement for this strategic market, collaborating with public sector entities, and shaping the product strategy to align with evolving government regulations. Your influence will extend to the ServiceNow Platform, enhancing our offerings for public sector clients.Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving ServiceNow's growth in the public sector domain.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Understand and address the specific needs of government organizations
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal customer experience
  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap
  • Take ownership of profit and loss responsibilities

QualificationsBasic Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of B2B Product Management experience
  • Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Prior experience with Saudi Arabian public sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Interest in competitive intelligence and product strategy

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical background, particularly in computer science
  • Experience with platform-type products
