We are looking for Scrum Master III to join our team and help us improve our Agile software development processes. The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading our Scrum teams and ensuring they adhere to the Scrum framework.

As a Scrum Master III, your daily workload might include:

Coach the scrum team using Agile methodology and scrum framework. Facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to promote effective communication and continuous improvement among the Scrum team. Support scrum teams in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration. Resolve conflicts and issues that occur. Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and empowerment within the team. Contribute to tracking and reporting team progress using relevant metrics and tools. Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction. Own, follow up, and communicate the progress of the roadmap of the Scrum teams. Work with the lead Scrum Master to drive the Agile transformation and ensure its successful adoption within the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field Minimum 2 years experience as a Scrum Master. Minimum 5 years of overall working experience. Experience with successful Agile techniques. Experience working with remote-based teams. Hands-on experience with Jira. Ability to analyze and think quickly and to solve conflict Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with and lead a team. Prior experience on a scrum team Experience in the financial industry or insurance is a plus. Familiarity with machine learning products is a plus. Technical background in Python or ML is a plus. Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
