We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Scrum Master - Project Coordinator to join our team.


As a Scrum Master - Project Coordinator at InnovationTeam, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects using Agile methodologies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to coordinate and facilitate project activities and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a facilitator and enabler for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate project activities and dependencies across teams, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  • Identify and resolve any obstacles or impediments that may affect team productivity or project progress.
  • Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Support and assist in the development and maintenance of Agile project management tools and processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Coordinator in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Coordinator in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
  • Must hold any of the certification, PMP or Scrum Master
